NewTuberPro provides a platform for YouTube creators to give and receive feedback on their videos, thumbnails, and titles. Users earn credits by providing feedback to others, which can then be used to receive feedback on their own content.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update this information to maintain its accuracy.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols).

4. User Conduct

As a user of NewTuberPro, you agree not to:

• Submit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Submit content that contains NSFW material, hate speech, or promotes illegal activities
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information of other users from the Service
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate the credit system or feedback process
• Post spam, irrelevant, or non-constructive feedback

5. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you submit to NewTuberPro. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit, and that your content does not infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.

6. Feedback Guidelines

When providing feedback, you agree to:

• Provide constructive, relevant, and helpful criticism
• Be respectful of other creators and their work
• Provide honest opinions while maintaining professional courtesy
• Focus on the content rather than the creator personally

7. Credit System

NewTuberPro operates on a credit-based system where you earn credits by providing feedback and spend credits to receive feedback. The platform reserves the right to adjust the credit system as necessary for the health of the service.

Credits have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash or other consideration.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NewTuberPro, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
